Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for project management of projects that flow through our fast-paced
agency. This position works directly with the agency principal to ensure Acclaro delivers on-time and on-budget for clients
and the agency itself. This position allows for remote working; work from our office in Inman Park, your home, or a
mixture of both.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities
• Project manage all projects from kick-off to completion
• Ensure projects stay on time and on-budget
• Manage projects in a way that keep the creative team focused but not overwhelmed
• Manage rush client requests within the existing production schedule
• Keep accurate records of campaigns and campaign performance as well as track against project scope
• Ensure the timely handoff of deliverables to the client
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Years of Relevant Experience
• Minimum of one year in a strong, successful agency environment
• Gantt chart project management experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies
• Detail-oriented
• Willing to work long hours
• Desire to learn from a strong team of seasoned professionals
• Tactful/diplomatic communicator within the agency environment inspiring good creatives to create great
• Ability to work with the fast-paced executive in almost a shadow role
• Must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure client’s issues and requests are sufficiently resolved
