We are growing at the Dalton Agency, and looking for people that want to grow with us! We are looking for energetic, eager, motivated applicants for an Account Coordinator position in our Atlanta office. This role will assist the account group with all advertising and marketing needs for several of the agency’s key accounts. We are in the office 4-days a week, with a floating work-from-home day each week. We believe that collaboration and creativity happen most effectively in person.

As account coordinator you will:

  • Work closely with the account team to implement all account assignments in a responsive, efficient, effective and accurate manner
  • Work with traffic, creative, production and media teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects
  • Develop project briefs and manage change orders, under the direction of an Account Manager
  • Assist in meeting preparation and development of presentation decks
  • Assist with compiling ongoing competitive and category intelligence
  • Help manage client budget trackers and billing monthly
  • Handle miscellaneous account requests and special assignments
  • Provide ongoing status and conference reports for the agency and clients
  • Be well-versed in the clients’ businesses, products/services and goals
  • Facilitate integration with other marketing disciplines in the agency
  • Assist with supervising interns

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • College degree or business equivalent.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent face-to-face, written and verbal communicator.
